About pg-near.me

We are building simple systems that make running a PG easier.

pg-near.me is built by SVH Enterprise, a PG operator in Pune. We face the same everyday problems as other PG owners—tenant verification, bookings, payments, records, communication and operations.

That is why we are building tools from real operating experience, not assumptions.

We are starting with police verification, helping PG owners reduce paperwork and repetitive follow-ups.

Over time, our goal is to bring the important parts of running a PG into one simple system:

Lead management → Booking → Accounting → Collection → Maintenance → Operations

Our aim is simple:
Less administrative work for owners. Better-run PG businesses.
